Proton Training is an independent UK training consultancy specialising in workforce capability development, training needs analysis, and human performance improvement for organisations operating in complex, regulated and safety‑critical environments.

Founded in 2012, we support organisations across defence, nuclear, engineering, utilities and government to understand workforce risk, strengthen capability, and design evidence‑based training solutions that improve real‑world performance.

We are based in Colchester, Essex, and work with clients across the UK.
