Proton Training is an independently owned and financed training consultancy, we focus solely on delivering our best objective and impartial advice. Clients receive personal attention from the principals of the company – after all, that’s the advantage of dealing with a small organisation.

We are based in Colchester, Essex - Britains first city, with a network of specialist partners across the UK. We are the training consultancy of choice across a wide range of sectors, including central government, government agencies, and successful private companies. We have an outstanding pedigree that enables us to deliver value, expertise, cost efficiency and enhanced organisational performance.

All our consultants also have many years’ experience working within the learning, development and performance sector for major organisations. Our founder has over 25 years’ experience gained from working in the Defence, Nuclear and Engineering sectors, operating as an external training consultant, analysing bespoke qualifications, technical training needs, and organisational capability.

All this experience means we’re all practical people who provide pragmatic solutions to real problems.
